Solar panels on the red clay-tile roof of a family house

Solar quotes
your clients can
fact check.

Most quoting tools show one flattering number. VoltMira shows three honest scenarios, computed from real sun data for the client's roof. You'll know the moment they open it.

Example proposal: a 5 kWp roof in Chișinău pays back in 7.4, 6.4 or 5.8 years depending on the scenario.

Don't take our word for it. Check any roof.

Type an address in Romania or Moldova and a monthly electricity bill. It runs the same engine and the same PVGIS satellite data your clients see in a VoltMira proposal.

Assumes a south-facing roof at 35° and no battery. In VoltMira you set the real roof, equipment and price.

Turn this into a proposal

One number is a sales pitch. Three numbers is the truth.

Every VoltMira quote shows the payback under pessimistic, expected and optimistic assumptions, with every assumption printed on the proposal. Clients trust what they can verify. Trust closes roofs.

Cumulative cash position, year by year. Example: a 5 kWp home in Chișinău, 1,222 kWh/kWp from PVGIS, €5,250 installed, Moldovan net billing.

Pessimistic7.4yrs

Low sun, flat prices. −8% yield, 0.8%/yr panel degradation, no electricity inflation. If even this number works, the deal is safe.

Expected6.4yrs

The likeliest outcome. PVGIS yield for the exact roof, 0.5%/yr degradation, 3% price inflation. The number you stand behind.

Optimistic5.8yrs

If prices keep climbing. +8% yield, 0.3%/yr degradation, 5% inflation. Shown honestly as the best case, never the headline.

Type the address

VoltMira pulls the real irradiance for that exact roof from PVGIS and applies the right tariff scheme for the market, automatically.

Pessimistic, expected and optimistic, with every assumption printed on the proposal and ready to defend at the kitchen table.

Send the link, watch the feed

One link to the client's phone. You see opens, minutes viewed and battery toggles, and Accept lands the deal in your pipeline.

Know the moment they open it.

Stop guessing when to follow up. Send a live link instead of a dead PDF, and watch what happens on the other side.

  • Opens and time viewed. “Ion opened it twice, 3 minutes each” beats “sent last Tuesday, no reply.”
  • Interaction signals. They turned the battery on? That's a buying question. Call about batteries.
  • Accept from the page. One tap on their phone marks the deal Won in your pipeline.
  • Your data stays yours. Export every quote and client to CSV in one click. No lock-in.

The same honest math, 6 kW or 600 kW.

Family roofs, farms and warehouses run through the same engine, with the same three scenarios and the same printed assumptions.

And everything after the yes.

The quote is where the job starts. VoltMira carries the paperwork the rest of the way.

Reads the electricity bill for you

Photograph the client's bill. Annual consumption, meter number and supplier are read for you, and nothing is applied until you check it.

Grid-connection paperwork, filled in and chased

The real Premier Energy and RED Nord connection forms, completed from the project. Each file has a tracker that tells you when the operator is late and it is time to call.

A bill of materials from your own catalog

Describe the system in plain words. Panels, inverter and battery come only from your catalog, at your prices.

Proforma invoices, done right

The VAT split is calculated correctly, invoices are numbered in sequence, and everything exports to CSV for your accountant.

An assistant that answers leads at night

On your website and Telegram it replies in the homeowner's language, reads a photo of their bill, gives an estimate in lei and passes you the site-visit request.

WhatsApp, Viber or email in one tap

Send the tracked link on WhatsApp or Viber, or email the branded PDF proposal directly from VoltMira.

Design the roof on satellite imagery

Outline each side of the roof, mark chimneys and trees, and the panels place themselves. The count, the price and the payback go straight into the quote.

Monitoring that knows the weather

Connect FusionSolar, Solarman or Growatt and each system is checked against the sun it actually got, so a cloudy month is not mistaken for a fault.

Costs less than the coffee at one lost deal.

Fair questions.

Where do the solar numbers come from?

Yearly and monthly yield come from PVGIS, the European Commission's satellite-derived solar database, for the exact coordinates of the roof. Tariff schemes are applied automatically per market. Every assumption is printed on the proposal.

Why show a pessimistic number? Won't it scare clients?

The opposite, in practice. A range with visible assumptions reads as engineering; a single rosy number reads as sales. When your worst case still beats their electricity bill, the deal defends itself.

Does it work for Moldova's net billing?

Yes, that's home turf. Moldova's low export price makes self-consumption the whole game, so the engine models it month by month and values battery storage correctly.

What does a tracked proposal mean for my client's privacy?

The link records opens, time on page and interactions with the quote itself. Nothing else. No ad trackers, no profiling, EU-hosted.
